Let’s answer all your questions!


Q: Can I get a refund?
A: There are no refunds unless you purchase Ticket Guardian Race Insurance.  Please follow up directly with Ticket Guardian if you would like a refund.

Q: No deferrals are allowed
A: No deferrals will be allowed.

Q: Can someone else pick up my race bib?
A: Anyone can pick up your race bib/t-shirt for you.

Q: How do I get my race t-shirt if I had my bib mailed?
A: If you opted to get your bib mailed, you receive the bib only.  You can pick up your race t-shirt at the expo or race morning.

Q: Can I change the size of my race t-shirt?
A: You must keep the race t-shirt size you ordered.  You can exchange for another race t-shirt after the event if sizes are left over.

Q: How do I guarantee a race t-shirt in my size?
A: You must register two months in advance of the race in order to guarantee your race t-shirt size.

Q: You can change your distance to another distance?  
A: You must be logged into your Race Roster Account. You can find the login option at the top right of the registration form. Select the ‘Transfer’ tab on the left side of the registration form. Now select the button called ‘Transfer to a new sub-event’. Follow the next steps to complete the distance transfer. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for sub-event transfers

Q: You can transfer your entry to another person?   
A: You must be logged into your Race Roster Account. You can find the login option at the top right of the registration form. Select the ‘Transfer’ tab on the left side of the registration form. Now select the button called ‘Transfer to a new participant’. Follow the next steps to complete the participant transfer. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for participant transfers. 

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: No dogs allowed on course.

Q: Is there a time limit for the Half Marathon?
A: You must complete the half marathon within the 2:45 time limit.  The course and aid stations will be picked up following that pace.  At 2:45, the finish line will need to be taken down.  If you are unable to maintain the 12:40 per mile split and are past 1:20 total time at the 10K split, you will be asked to move to the sidewalk and will be doing so as a pedestrian without any further race support.
